Fall K-5 Art and Nature Group

Re-create Studio’s K-4 Art and Nature Group is a perfect blend of arts, crafts, and exploring nature! It is an ideal after-school enrichment program for those looking for a quieter and creative experience. The group will trek out for short nature walks to collect natural treasures and watch for wildlife. Then, focusing on using recycled and biodegradable materials, we'll get to work on our art project for the day. Some examples of our projects are: recycled paper-making, nature collages, fairy houses, sun catchers, pressed flower journals, nature installations, and many more. Participants will learn about being conscious of the earth while expressing their creativity! This class is taught by Heidi who has over 15 years working with young children, holds an MFA in Fine Arts, and is CORI certified through Lynnfield Public Schools.
